Quick Update

I’ve found I’ve had to supplement my protein intake in order to even get close to my 175 or so grams per day goal. Makes me wonder two things — can you get grass fed whey protein supplements and is anyone else having a hard time eating enough?

Quick Update: Body weight up 3 lbs from last weigh in and measurements about 30 days ago. Body fat down 4.3%.

Anyone want to get pinched before the July 4th weekend? Let me know.
