Challenge Rants and Raves by CFD Peeps!

Eggs

I love eggs. So tasty. I also love that they can be prepared quickly. Thing is — while you can prepare them quickly it’s not going to yield the tasty results of taking some time and doing it right. In fact, many a chef is judged on their ability to do eggs the right way. Common [...]

Europe!

Staying Primal in Europe is super easy! The Czech Republic is full of different cuts of pork roasted in different sorts of ways!  There’s also bacon everywhere!!! Austria follow suit with plenty of ham/sausage and berries!!!  So much deliciousness has ensued. I feel like i’m not eating enough though and that I’ve lost like 10 [...]

Local paleo-friendly meals

As you may have figured out by now, I eat out a lot. I work full-time, I have a lot of extracurriculars, and (sadly), cooking and eating are more of an inconvenience than a pleasure or a priority (every time I say that, a foodie chokes on their organic seasonal local meal). I’ve been making [...]

Robb Wolf’s Book

http://www.amazon.com/Paleolithic-Solution-Robb-Wolf/dp/0982565844/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1275450279&sr=8-1 I would pre-order this book.  Anyone who’s tried Paleo/Primal/Protein Powder and is familiar with Crossfit or Strength Training will benefit from this book when Robb actually finishes writing this…haha I think Kitch has been to his nutrition cert.  Thoughts?
