Grace is a CrossFit workout that asks an athlete to perform 30 clean and jerks for time. This is usually judged as ground to shoulder, shoulder to overhead anyhow. So, things that are illegal in an Oly meet, like a press out -- are fine here. We're just looking to get the work done safely and efficiently.

Brian does 31 reps. 30th is at 2:55. His goal is to shave off 30 seconds by October 9th for our Amazing Grace Fundraiser. What's your goal? Post to comments.
