Jerk practice.

The Huffing and Puffing:

  • 1 minute AMRAP of each
  • Double Unders
  • Pull Ups
  • 45 second AMRAP of each
  • Double Unders
  • Pull Ups
  • 30 second AMRAP of each
  • Double Unders
  • Pull Ups

The clock runs continuously - your score is the the total number of pull ups and double unders completed. So, in the first minute you double under, and then you pull up the second minute. Then you immediately transition back to double under for the next 45 seconds and switch to pull-ups again at 2:45 on the clock.
