CFD will be hosting the Open WODs for all competitors at 12pm on Saturdays. If you cannot make this date -- you will need to make prior arrangements as we cannot guarantee availability during Open gym time.

Here is the schedule for the duration of the Open:
Event #1 – 2012.1
-Wednesday, February 22nd – the first workout will be announced
- Saturday, February 25th – first heat will begin at 12:45 p.m.
Event #2 – 2012.2
-Wednesday, February 29th – the second workout will be announced - Saturday, March 3rd – first heat will begin at 12:30 p.m.
Event #3 – 2012.3
-Wednesday, March 7th – the third workout will be announced
- Saturday, March 10th – first heat will begin at 12:30 p.m.
Event #4 - 2012.4
-Wednesday, March 14th – the fourth workout will be announced
- Saturday, March 24th – first heat will begin at 12:30 p.m.
Event #5 – 2012.5
-Wednesday, March 21st – the fifth and final workout will be announced
- Saturday, March 22nd – the event will be the WOD for all regularly scheduled classes.
Plan on there being a short meeting before the first workout to explain the rules, judging, expectations, etc. This is a fun event but we will be holding ourselves to a high standard in terms of judging and range of motion on ALL of the movements. If you are competing, you will be asked to judge other participants. Each person doing the workout that wants to have their score submitted will be required to have an individual judge for them.
If you can't make the above schedule, you're going to have to make arrangements w CFD staff prior to looking to get one of the workouts officially done if you want one of us to judge you. If you can coordinate with another competitor and help each other out, that's fine.
