You.

The one lurking here on the CFD site trying to figure out if you can do this CrossFit thing. You're looking for that spark. That drive. That determination and satisfaction from doing something that was challenging and fun.

You used to have it. Somewhere along the line it fizzled out. What happened? Day piled on day and all of a sudden...you're no longer the person you want to be. You're dissatisfied with things. Maybe you can't even look at yourself in the mirror. Do you realize it's not your reflection that's being reflected? Do you get that?

Seems like there's a lot of peeps like that these days. All over the place and for all sorts of reasons but the common elemenst in the ven diagram of suck is apathy and procrasination.

You need to shake that crap off. Now. Reinvent yourself. Don't sham it up with purchases. Let's start with one of the most basic of things: exploration of the self through effort. Start here with training. Forge the new you. Polish it. Take the committment it takes to push yourself further than you ever thought possible and let it spill gloriously into the other aspects of your life.

Let's go. Let's stop talking about USED TO. Get it back. Take back the fire.
