A while back there was a post about taking care of your hands - specifically treating them so your callouses don't tear.

Well, a jumping burpee workout tore up some hands around here the other day, so it's a topic worth revisiting -- in this case, how to tape your hands for a pull-up workout when you have a tear or think you're likely to wind up with one.

Rather than re-invent the wheel, here's a video by CrossFit Los Angeles on how to tape your hands up. It's going to take some practice and some wasted tape, but it's worth it!!
