How To Tape Your Hands for Pull-Ups PDF Print E-mail

{gallery}090528{/gallery}

A while back there was a post about taking care of your hands - specifically treating them so your callouses don't tear.

Well, a jumping burpee workout tore up some hands around here the other day, so it's a topic worth revisiting -- in this case, how to tape your hands for a pull-up workout when you have a tear or think you're likely to wind up with one.

Rather than re-invent the wheel, here's a video by CrossFit Los Angeles on how to tape your hands up. It's going to take some practice and some wasted tape, but it's worth it!!

This is by far the best method I've tried. Each time that I've made one it has lasted the duration of the workout AND protected my open wounds. Thx for the good info!
