Ben over at CrossFit Sacramento hits a 170KG Overhead Squat X 3. For those of you that don't have the 2.2049 X 1lb conversion tables memorized, that's just shy of 375 lbs for a triple. That projects out to 397 lbs or so for a single.
Uh...that's pretty sick ...triple, single...this kid can hit!
He's a weightlifter by trade (vs a CrossFitter -- even though it seems he could be as he got 24 rounds of Cindy on the first try) and we hope to have him over here to help out with an Oly Lifting Seminar.
The overhead squat. Just like a regular squat, but you hold weight overhead. EZ Peezy. :-)
