Hey there! Thanks for taking part in our first Groupon! We're excited to have you learn more about CrossFit and check us out. To make sure you have the best experience and learning progression possible, what we suggest is that you sign up for our On Ramp class that starts January 30th (click to register) and then apply your groupon for your first 10 classes after you graduate.
There are only a few one slots left for the Jan 9th class right now and a wait list of 10. If we get people at least 6 people waitlisted, we will create another On Ramp slot or add an instructor for that same time slot.
Otherwise...
Groupon Holders - The following three slots have been reserved just for you:*
- Tuesdays @7:30pm
- Fridays@6:30pm
- Sundays @1pm
The classes are structured this way:
Warm Up > Skill Practice > Implementation of Skill in a CrossFit workout.
The workouts are tailored for beginners, naturally. If for some reason you need a harder workout, we can scale things up for you.
YOU MUST register online for these classes or any other classes you intend to come to. You can do so by clicking here. Note - there is a first come / first serve 12 person cap on each class. Further, 5:30pm weekday classes are not available for Groupon holders and the Groupon is not valid for our On Ramp program at this time.

to let us know and then proceed to sign up online for the class in question. Further - if you have previously graduated our On Ramp class or Foundations training but have not been with us for the past six months, you can use your Groupon for our regular adult, group classes.
Groupon vs On Ramp
The difference between these slots and the On Ramp classes is that the Groupon classes are going to have basic CrossFit workouts that anyone can do, whether they are coming for the first time or not while the On Ramp class is based on a linear skill progression and increasing intensity that truly "Ramps" new members up for our group classes in a non intimidating, group environment where everyone is pretty much on the same page.
