CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE WHO PR'D ON THEIR 1RM DEADLIFT YESTERDAY!
Friggen' Fantastic! The morning crew dominated and then the evening crew took the baton and destroyed previous marks. Oh yeah baby!
On the flip side... the thing is -- with that much metal and rubber getting moved we should see a plethora of scores being posted! Get 'em up here and on Beyond The White Board! Be proud of your progress and hold yourself accountable by posting your scores no matter what. Ok? Ok. Our community vibe is only as good as you make it and we've got great people -- so don't hide. If we all waited for the scores we wanted to post the scores we get --- well, there'd be a lot of silence out there.

Five rounds for max reps of:
- Body weight bench press
- Pull-ups
Rest as needed between exercises or go from one to the next ASAP. Post reps per round to comments along with your rest periods.

I think that's it
I used 205lbs and it was a 1RM PR haha and I was tearing on my last set so I stopped the pullups
good to know, I have no upper body strength
