  • 21 Thrusters 75 lbs
  • 21 Double Unders

 

Post total time.

The ratio for single unders as a sub is 5:1. You might just wanna try the double unders. Go for it!!

Clean and jerks, heavy singles

115-125-135-135 (on the final rep failed at the jerk portion).

135 matched my PR...the name of the game for me right now is TECHNIQUE! Must pull harder on the clean and get under the bar better on the split jerk (no more push presses with "fancy footwork")! Good thing we have an Oly lifting workshop coming up!!
