Workout of the Day

Things To Do Today:
- Sleep In.
- Go On a 5K Run
- Go for a swim (not laps -- a swim in something other than a pool. Bonus points if it has a rope swing.
- Find out what's so great about hammocks.
- Get in on a pick up game of something.
- Spend some time doing something in the sun. Find some shade where there's grass and revel in the coolness of the ground for that initial instant.
- Remember your honored dead.
I wish I had gotten to know my Great Uncle, George Kitcher. Pfc Kitcher, (A Company 254th Infantry Regt, 63rd Infantry Division) was killed in action on March 20, 1945 as the unit approached and battled to take the town of Heidelberg, Germany. On March 30, the unit took the town, advanced southward into Bavaria, and crossed the Danube River. He's buried in St. Avold in the Lorraine area of France. From what I heard from my grandfather, I'm a lot like him.
