My 5x back squats: 35-45-55-60-65
Then I took off 10# to try and work on my form and eliminate the bar travel, but had an awkward balance loss/dump fail maneuver that dropped 55# on my C7 (C6? T2? don't know) pretty painfully, and I've got a hellavu bruise, and some pain radiating up into my neck on one side and down into my shoulder on the same side. Pfooey.

i only got 4 reps at 255 and didnt do a 5th set but 235 was my previous 5rm so i'm happy
