Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

Ladies weight is 65 lbs

Haha, no problem Libby- I mean, at least for the first 4 minutes or so.

Did 3 rounds + 5 thrusters before my shoulder was just feeling kinda...funny...and I decided to stop. Maybe the copious amount of clean & jerks and snatches I have done the past week and a half are catching up to me.

Did a couple sets of squats (135, 155 x5), and then Max overhead squatted me! And left shady-looking grip marks on my inner arm that are just begging for strange looks from passers by. Not to mention my student interns....
