Workout of the Day

Do you know what's great? Looking in someone's book and seeing "five sets of 5 x 15lbs" for a shoulder press workout and that same person putting up 60lbs on their last set of 5. Not too shabby!

Today's Workout:

10 rounds for time of:

  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 20 Air Squats

Post total time.

Scaling

Scaling 1: 7 rounds

  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 20 Air Squats

Scaling 2A: 5 rounds

  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 20 Air Squats

Scaling 2B: 10 rounds

  • 5 Pull Ups
  • 10 Air Squats
Scaling 3: 7 rounds
  • 6 Pull Ups
  • 12 Air Squats

So will the 5 pm class (Oly) not do this WOD?

argh, nevermind, my 4 pm meeting got pushed to 4:30 pm. Guess I won't be making the 5 pm anyway.
