Today we continue our strength theme -- this time with squats. The idea is to open up with a heavy triple and take it from there. Depending on your condition you can go for a 1RM or if you have not squatted for a while it's probably better to do three sets of seven, three sets of five or five by five.

As for today's training...

Accumulate 1-2 minutes in an L-hold

Squat 3-2-2-1-1-1

Get some!

Man, tough on the CNS! I had to do bench work at the lab after this workout = lots of work with little tiny tubes and pipettes. Fine motor coordination was definitely more difficult than usual!
