Some recent news from the past week:
- Kirsten Anderson is doing an outstanding job with the Davis Aqua Dart Beginner squad and the CrossFit Kids beta program.
- Rob Labios is back on US soil and will be at CFD in the near future!
- Travis Champion got his CF Level 1 Cert this weekend!
- Beth Stankevich put up 640# in the CrossFit Total and hit PR's across the board! (Gym Records for CFT and Deadlift)
- Sarah Compton hit a PR of 113# in the snatch!
- Alex V. Haussermann put up a 300# front squat! (PR btw)
- Amanda Fischer took on "Jerry" for the first time (1 mile run, 2k row, 1 mile run) and landed a fast 24:28!
- Claudia put hit a 20lb push jerk PR with a 120# effort!
- Ariel Stephens put up a 155lb split jerk!
- Gary Day added 20lbs to his max deadlift when he pulled 365# and PR'd Annie by 1:13 with a 6:02 effort.
- Andrew Wike PR'd Fran and his deadlift
