Five Rounds:

  • Run 200m
  • 30 second overhead hold - use a challenging weight that you can press, push press or jerk overhead
  • 60m farmers walk with two unevenly weighted kettlebells or dumbbells. Swich grips at 30m. Go heavy as makes sense for you.
