Lets Work:
Push Jerk or Split Jerk fora Heavy Single
Then...Team WOD Time!
This is a two person Team WOD that's a three round "Battle" style
Exercises involved:
Overhead Squat Weights:
- Advanced - M: 65#, W: 45#
- Intermediate - M: 45#, W: 35#
- Beginner - use light bar or PVC
Description of a round:
- P1 does max reps push ups
- P2 then must do the amount (that P1 just did with push ups) with OHS
- Then P2 does max reps push ups
- P1 then does the OHS (that P2 just did with push ups)
Do this cycle two more times and Boom. You're done. Rest as needed.
