Partner WOD:

Complete the following sequence four times:

Part A

  • Athlete 1)500m Row
  • Athlete 2) kettlebell swings

Switch places on the row and the swings

Then....

Part B

Partner Carry to the wall and back

Switch Places

Go back to the row / swing couplet and repeat three more times with panache and flair.
