No lifting today since tomorrow is going to be a 20RM back squat day. With five more lbs than last time, of course.

So, we have:

"Running Cindy"

15 Minute AMRAP

  • Run 300m*
    • 1 Round of Cindy **
  • Run 300m
    • 2 Rounds of Cindy
  • Run 300m
    • 3 rounds of Cindy
  • Run 300m 
    • 4 rounds of Cindy...and so forth until time runs out. 

Score is total reps.

*For the 300m run, cut the corner of the first alley back into the main parking lot and head back to the front door of CFD.

** One round of Cindy is:

  • 5 pull ups
  • 10 pushups
  • 15 squats
