Congrats to Coach Alex for his performance at the Collegiate National Weightlifting Meet. He went 2/3 on his snatch attempts - hitting 85kg on his second attempt and missing at 93kg. For the clean and jerk, he went 3/3 with a PR match lift of 125kg.
That makes for a 210kg total and a 6kg competition PR. Well done, sir!
If you missed your 1RM Back Squat Friday -- you can make it up. Otherwise, pick a lift you haven't done in a bit and get after it.
For the Huffing and Puffing:
In four minutes complete as many thrusters and lateral burpees over your bar as you can.
The rep scheme is 2-4-6...
So, 2 thrusters, 2 burpees, 4 each, 6 each and so on until time is up. Rest two minutes and repeat.
