Find a Front Squat heavy double / 2RM for fun and profit (and strength gains).
If your wrists can't take it -- use straps to alleviate the stress or do the "I Dream of Jeanie (Genie?)" arms crossed style.
- 5 cleans (185 / 125)
- 7 chest to bar pull ups
Keep track of how many times you drop the bar or drop off the pull-up bar. The number of drops is the number of sledgehammer tire swings you'll do post WOD. Don't hate the player / coach. Hate the game. :)
