Nice work on the 330 Challenge on Saturday, Peeps!
Shawn Kinney threw down early on Friday afternoon with a 16:35 Rx'd effort (age 47 btw, folks -- that's badass) with some encouragement from me in Russian Coach mode. Then 15 more of you strolled in to get after it and -- wow, I'm impressed, guys! Across the board those are some great numbers for this workout.

Workout:
Make up the 330 WOD
OR:
Deadlift 2 reps ; sprint 30 m on the minute for ten minutes
When you're rested...
Weighted Pull Ups: 4-3-2-1
30 m Resisted run* 1-2-3-4
*(sled pull / prowler push / partner band resistance)
...so, 4 weighted (or difficult) pullups, 1 run and then 3 pull ups, 2 runs, etc.
