No strength work today! We deemed the weights in the workout heavy enough to get you strong, so save your energy and hit it hard.
If you play your cards right, you might even get some cardio out of it!
"Death by Power Clean (and a run)"
With a running clock, perform 1 power clean on the first minute, 2 on the second minute, 3 on the third, etc.
When you can no longer keep up with the clock, run a 300 meter sprint. Bodyweight power cleans for men, 80% BW for women.
