- Learn or get better at a ladder drill
- Double Unders
- Work on your Handstands / Handstand Push Ups.
- Tryout out a squat test
AMRAP in 10 min: 200 m dumbbell farmer’s carry (45/25) Every time you stop moving forward and put the dumbbells down, do 15 dumbbell thrusters. (You may set them down and rest after/during your thruster set without incurring another thruster set)
