Have you ever experienced that zone during a metcon where, just for a bit -- your form improves? It's like your body figures out what it needs to do and you, just for those few reps get out of your own way and let it happen. It's a big time "ah ha" moment for most people when it happens. Like Jason G. the other day -- all of a sudden he understood that your arms move around the bar during the third pull of a clean. Josh K here in the picture below -- he's gotten himself into a great jumping position here:

Power Clean or Clean Pull for five doubles

Then...

One minute at each movement for three rounds

  • Kettlebell Swing 1 minute
  • Push Up 1 minute
  • Double Unders 1 minute
  • Rest 1 minute
Score is total reps -- just like in Fight Gone Bad
