Athlete 1: Pushes / Pulls sled (30m)

Athlete 2: Sledgehammer Strikes - score is total strikes while sled is being moved.

Switch.

Repeat for 3-5 rounds

 


 

For Reps:
  • 5 min HSPU
  • 4 min pull up
  • 3 min sit up
  • 2 min squat
