It's the Helen Challenge Prelims today! W00t!
This means it's "Helen" for all classes today. For those of you that sign up for the challenge, we'll be retesting eight weeks from now in a competitive but fun atmosphere with a DJ, food and the beers cracking open as the last heat goes off.
So, get thee signed up at the front desk via the sign up sheet or online and let's see what you can get done it eight weeks. As described on the competition page, prizes will be awarded across the divisions for the biggest percentage improvements. So, who's gonna try to knock our reigning champ, Grace, down?
"But I can't make it Friday."
That's cool. We can work out alternate test dates. Let's try to get it in by Tuesday.
"I can't make it for the Final."
Well, that stinks but we can arrange an alternative test date as well. Boom. Sign up. You can play the role of spoiler like some kicker ruining your fantasty football game on Monday Night Football.

- 400m Run
- 21 KB Swings
- 12 Pull Ups
- Men: 24 kg kettlebell
- Women: 16 kg kettlebell
- Men: 20 kg kettlebell
- Women: 12 kg kettlebell
- Red / Blue band pullups
- Case-by-case (greeen band , grey band etc)
