Today's lift, courtesy of our current Wendler 5-3-1 programming is

 Bench press or Floor press:

 Warmup, 75% x 5, 80% x 5, 85% x 5+ (go for at LEAST 5 reps)


Finish Up with:
3 rounds for time:
  • 12 HSPU
  • 21 KB swings (24/16)
  • 400 m run

Modify as needed based on how hard you bench / floor press.
