PEEEEEEEEEeeeeeps! We have some news! We are pleased to announce that there will be a 5AM class starting on 9/3 and running M W F.
You will have to register for the class online: https://crossfitdavis.zenplanner.com.
If you are a member: Just start coming.
If you are a beginner: If 5 AM is the class you are interested in taking / only class you could possibly take, pop on by to see Coach Drew and the rest of the Pre-Dawn Patrol. He'll guide you to your next step -- be it On Ramp, Personal Training sessions or continued attendance.
Drop Ins: Visitors / Peeps in town for day just a bit are welcome. Newbies looking to give things a shot are welcome as well.
