If you haven't heard -- we're offering a 5AM class running M W F starting the week of 9/3. Seeing as how it's Labor Day on Monday -- there's a good chance we'll be starting the actualy class on Weds, 9/5. However, Coach Drew is taking the temperature of peeps interested in that slot. If enough of you want to do it on 9/3, he's game.
Back Squat 80% x 3 ; 85% x 3 ; 90%x3+
Remember to use 90% of your 1RM in the above calculations. Go for more than three reps on the last set.
