Warm Up and Skill work as assigned and then this bit of excitement and thrills!
Partner/opponent wod:
 
One person rows 500 m. The other person does as many push ups as they can in that time. Then switch who is rowing and who is doing push ups.
Repeat with sit ups and pull ups.
If it's a jammed pack session, triple up or quaud up and rotate thru.
Score is Total Push Ups, Sit Ups and Pull Ups. Crush your foe! Kind of....
