Deadlift: Warmup, 75% x 5, 85% x 3, 95% x 1 or Warmup, 80% x 3, 85% x 3, 90% x 3 depending on where you are at with your training.
AMRAP in 16 minutes:
10 deadlifts
15 push ups
Run 400 m when the clock starts, and again at 4 min, 8 min, 12 min, and 16 min
