There were a WHOLE SLEW of Deadlift Triple PR's on the 24th. Way to go guys! You're getting harder to kill and more useful in general!
Lift: Snatch Balance (Heaving ok too) 3-2-2-1-1 - Altenative: Snatch Press or Snatch Push Press x 3 + 1 OHS for 3-5 sets.
5 rounds “TD” or, alternatively, "Interception". It seems no one knows the difference. ;)
- 12 fr squats (155/105)
- 9 box Jumps
- 6 T2B
And here is some good mobility work prior to the lifting and the huffing and puffing.
