“Kelly” Five rounds for time of: Run 400 meters 15 Box jump, 24 inch box 15 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball (14lbs f)
or
Three rounds for time of: Run 400 meters 30 Box jump, 24 inch box 30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball (14lbs f)
Level 2 Scale
“Kelly” Three rounds for time of: Run 400 meters 15 Box jump, 24 inch box 15 Wall ball shots, 14-20 pound ball (8-14lbs f)
Level 3 Scale
“Kelly” Three rounds for time of: Run 400 meters 10 Box jump, 24 inch box 10 Wall ball shots, 14-20 pound ball (8-14lbs f)
If 24" box jumps are too much - try 20". Next is jumping on the tire. Next is step ups on a 24" box, a 20" box or the tire.
