StrengthDeadlift Day:
- Choose 3x5 or 5x3
- then one long set of at least 15 but no more than 21 reps
MetConFor Time: 15-12-9 reps of
- Overhead Squat
- Burpee Pull-Ups

DL - 215 x 3, and then attempted 235 x 3 and only got one rep.
225 x 3 on the Deadlift
7:55 on the Metcon (25lbs on the OHS...working on that form)
7:25 on the metcon. 35# OHS. I did something overhead!!! ,It didn't hurt! So excited....
Way to go with the overhead movement! What a huge step for you!
