WildCard WOD
- 5min Agility Ladder (straight through)
- Clean Pull 5×3 (that's five triples, folks)

- 100 Push-Up
- 100 Sit-Up
- 100 Squats

Time Domain: 25minutes max
Note: Scaling on this -- rep counts for the first level of scaling fall between 50-75 reps for all the exercises. Beginners do 20's across the board. Also, don't feel like you need to preserve the symmetry of the workout. If you're thrashed somewhere, scale the reps back. If your legs aren't an issue and you can squat a lot better than anything else, you can do more squats.
Noteworthy Maiya set a new personal record today when she completed a 225x3 deadlift in today's workout! Way to go!
 Richard hit a 235lbx3 deadlift today! With awesome form! The icing on the cake is that's a 30lb PR! (PR=Personal Record for you new peeps).
After his effort, Richard said, "205 felt pretty easy, so I just went up on my last set. I've never felt stronger and my back, which used to kill me all the time before I started [CrossFit], doesn't hurt me anymore."

Worked on behind the neck push jerks today cuz of 1-10-1-20-1-30 DL rep scheme monday and Oly class yesterday

As for Angie...this was my 2nd CrossFit workout when I stared 6 month ago and so it be my 1st workout after 3 weeks off. 36 hours later and starting to seize. Hopefully I won't turn into a mummy like last time.
