What scares you? Make a list of all of those things. Next, make a list of things that are scared of you. Notice anything? Chances are one list is significantly longer than the other. What would it mean if you could reverse those lists?

  • Row 250 meters
  • pvc - 15 pound thruster, 7 reps

Libby I think that is the women's weight...men use 225 for their thrusters

I agree with Max. It was fun. I can't believe I rowed for 5 ROUNDS!!!!

Oh, and I got an ugly battle scar. Eeeeek!!!!!
