Like the video illustrates, getting out of bed at Oh-dark-thirty to go workout is not an easy thing. It's HARD day in and day out. As a 6AM-er, Matt knows this pretty well.
Thing is, a simple key to success is showing up and doing what you say you're going to do. It's these small, daily decisions -- these positive choices that are greater then the sum of their parts that can make all the difference in your life.
