  • L- pull-ups -- go for L holds or tucks from hang or from paralettes after your pull-ups. Experiment with getting those legs out in front of you!

Heh, while everyone is being a little Internet Shy today...

The ladies were out in force!

Holly Maiya Amanda Alicia Jenny Charla Melinda Cindy Jenny Mary all got after it in the AM and Noon classes.

George C hit it and so did Will H. Times for everyone were from 18min to 24 min. Nice!

Did this - 24:03. Did the HSPU from the floor and was SO SO happy w/ my range of motion on them!! Also, started w/ L pullups, they turned into knee-tuck pull ups, and eventually was just doing a mix of dead hang/kip regular pull ups with a max L hold at the end....fun!

16:00, as rx'd (BW of 170), though my L-pull ups were quite fugly. I actually liked that one.
