16 rounds in 20 minutes with 135 and 75 lb bell.

Tore on right hand around 10th round. Lower back fatigued quicker than I thought -- same with my lats. Must still be feeling Sunday somewhat. Cleans were light, bell was heavy.

My lower back was feeling it too! And, yes, the KB swings were the more tiring part of this workout for me.

This thing didn't look all that hard on the board, but ouch. 10 or 11 rounds (in 20 minutes) 95lb bar and 12kg KB.

19 rounds, 75 lbs, 24 kg KB.
Julie and I did part 2 at the track - we alternated running 6 400's. While one person ran the other did 3 double under attempts. Fun!

18 rounds w/ 115lb/1.5 pood, rested 30 mins (didn't have time for a longer rest) and did part 2 in 4:13

My favorite part of the dual WODs was half way through the burpees when it suddenly dawned on me how all of these exercises had some important muscle groups in common. Ouch...

Thanks to Brooks for timing and encouragement on Pt. 2
