  • 100 Pull-ups
  • 100 Push-ups
  • 100 Sit-ups
  • 100 Squats

Compare to Feb. 19th, 2010

Scaling:

"I'm working on a prescription" Level:

50 - 75 Pull-ups
50 - 75 Push-ups
50 - 75 Sit-ups *
50 - 75 Squats
*Sit ups should either be Ab Mat or full range anchored sit ups

Beginner Level:

20 Pull-ups or 25 Ring Rows or Assisted Pull ups
20 Push-ups or 30 Box Push-ups or 35 Wall Push ups
20 Sit ups (full sit up only)
20-50 Squats (depends on your ability)

In an attempt to redeem myself for not finishing it a few weeks ago, I decided to do Grace instead of some version of Angie. Finished in 4:52, Rx'd- 37 second PR. Thanks Melinda for the choice of music!
