What can we say about the front squat? Well, if you did the max-rep @ bodyweight workout last week (September 9th), you know that front squatting is brutally hard. You should also have a good idea of weight targets for your sets of 10.

Aside from being brutally hard, front squatting correctly requires that some compromises be made in "best fit" squatting mechanics to make it happen. These compromises are exactly what differentiates the front squat from the back squat -- ie you cannot successfully front squat with lowbar squat mechanics.
