Workout of the Day
The pain you experience during "Fran" is due primarily to the fact that it is "Fran." Thrusters and pull-ups are a nasty combination, but if you don't treat it like the last workout of the Crossfit Games, then it won't kill you.

For time go through Fran 2x. Rest as needed.
