This is Tony P. -- one of the mainstays of the 6AM class. He's been with us for over 15 months and to paraphrase him he's "...just starting to get the hang of this." And by that he means stringing along kipping pull-ups, getting handstand push-ups and double-unders in his repertoire along with the ability to clean, jerk, overhead squat and perform all the basic movements of CrossFit. Tony's been patient and stuck with the program and the gains are coming. Tony -- thanks so much for being coachable and being one of our "early adopters". We're so happy to see you excelling!
