So what's this Paleo / Zone Challenge About?

Bottom line it's about raising the bar. Stepping Up. Never Backing Down. Staring danger in the face.

Well, maybe not danger -- but we're looking to get all Zone-ified and Paleo in a group / friendly challenge atmosphere in order to:

• increase performance
• improve body composition
  • this could mean leaning out
  • this could mean gaining mass
  • this could mean gaining mass and leaning out -- the holy grail!!!
• help and support each other through it and hold ourselves accountable.

And if those reasons aren't enough, you can do it all for the money - because the winner(s) are going to win some cash and a month of free unlimited membership.

Hows it Going to Work?

Well, first off you are going to go on the Zone or Paleo or Zone Paleo or Paleo Zone styles of eating. You are going to do so for 60 days. Continuing the challenge further is being debated. It might be that we just start over again with new players joining in and peeps with longer term goals ante-ing up again.

Anyways...

The competition starts on October 12^th. Before and after shots will be taken along with measurements up until that date for everyone participating in the Challenge. These pictures are private and will not be shown without express consent.

Details: What you need to do

• You need get your before shots and measurements taken prior to October 12th
• Put $25 into a common pot that will be used as prize money.
• You'll keep a detailed food log and post it regularly on the CFD website (A link will be provided)
• Support your fellow Paleo and Zone Peeps.

How To Win:

Be consistent and persistent! At the end of the 60 days we'll choose 5 finalists based on before and after pictures and measurements. Those finalists will then be voted on by all participants to determine the top three places. Winners will receive cash money, a month of free training, and, of course...bragging rights and  the esteem of their peers.

And... you'll probably be feeling better than you've felt in a long time.
