haha I read this yesterday

interesting...if you're level of fitness is a stationary bike at low intensity

HIIT workouts have been showed to rev the metabolism to a level of burning body fat well after the workout is done...that's why a workout like Fran which can last less than 5 minutes and only burn a few hundred calories and whip fat off and make you fitter

Moving big heavy things is what burns big numbers of calories
