Not missing milk as much as I thought. The no coffee thing though -- wow. My body keeps telling me "I WANT SOMETHING and that thing is COFFEE".
I'm jones-ing. Cold turkey, not a gentle approach, but an approach nonetheless.

W00t! Past the two week mark. Carb withdrawal should be over by now. Anyone still feeling the symptoms?

Well, tomorrow I'm going paleo. It's been Zone / Zone measuring and now it's time to suck it up and become a caveman for a bit. Stocked up on meats (London broil, tilapia, chicken sausage), vegetables (red peppers, spinach, broccoli), fruits (apples, grapes), nuts (walnuts), no seeds though but did get some more olive oil since I was out.
Tonight, a glass of syrah awaits though. And a glass of milk before bed I think.
MILK!!!
